PROJECT OVERVIEW
Demolition, site preparation and construction of three new structures:
– Memorial Building
– Indoor Tennis Building
– Outdoor Tennis Court Facility & Bubble
PROJECT FACTS
- New three-court indoor tennis facility and three outdoor courts with a seasonal bubble for year round use
- New Memorial Building that houses tennis club locker rooms, a fitness center, a Pro Shop, retail space, and office space for the Hall of Fame staff
- The building was designed in a manner that compliments the historic architecture of the existing Hall of Fame building
- The successful acquisition of the adjacent properties has increased the Hall of Fame property to seven acres
