The Welcome Center is Open!

The Preservation Society of Newport County's Welcome Center at the Breakers officially opened to the public on June 14, 2018.  The project began in May of 2017, and with the help of our hardworking subcontractors, we were proud to deliver the unique and beautiful building on time and on budget.  The article linked below gives some background and details for the project (be sure to scroll down to see Mike Behan accepting the Laurel Award for Artisanship!).  Additional photos of the project can be found here on our website, under the Projects tab.
