Private Residence

CLIENT:  Private Residence  |  ARCHITECT: Dieboll Architects  |  Total S/F: 13,000

Project Overview
This home is situated on a hill looking over the Atlantic Ocean. The main house is 10,000 square feet. Out-structures include a similarly detailed 2,500 square foot pool house, as well as an elevated, 500 square foot garage. The site was challenging, requiring multiple boulder retaining walls which were coordinated closely with town building and zoning officials. The home features 6 bathrooms with unique stone and tile designs, an exquisite walnut main stair structure, and ornate carpentry details. In addition, the mechanical systems include full radiator heating systems with tiered fin-tubes, forced hot air and cooling systems, as well as radiant floor heating throughout.
