Project Overview
Behan Bros. constructed a new elderly housing complex with 20 residential units, community space and facilities which incorporated plans for a second phase. A new addition was added as a connector between the existing historic church and parish buildings. The project was completed under historic restoration guidelines and oversight. Existing hardwood floors were preserved and the original church structure was maintained within its original parameters, now housing the community spaces including kitchen, assembly area and arts & crafts rooms.  Scope of work included demolition, sitework including septic facilities, and all restoration and new construction trades for the existing and new structures.
