PROJECT OVERVIEW
The $30 million Carnegie Abbey Golf Club is comprised of three components: the Golf Lodge, Lookout and the Carnegie Abbey Golf House. The entire project includes 27 new residential units, a restaurant, bar, exercise/locker room facilities, pro shop, condominiums, swimming pool, cabana and spa totaling in excess of 100,000 square feet. This project was especially challenging due to the drainage and septic needs of several linked developments located in an environmentally sensitive coastal area.
