Project Overview
The McBean Wing renovations included the addition of an elevated structural concrete floor within an existing library space, additional office space, book rack and storage systems, mechanical system improvements and misc. facilities upgrades. On the exterior, Behan Bros. made architectural improvements to the roof lines and structure and repaired and installed new slate roofing systems. All work was completed while the library was occupied and operating.
