Bluffs
CLIENT: Center Development Corp. | ARCHITECT: Newport Collaborative Architects | TOTAL S/F: 26,000
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The restoration of John Chandler Bancroft’s seaside cottage created eleven one-of-a-kind luxury residences. All Bancroft Bluffs’ units are state of the art, 2 and 3 bedroom residences and maintain many of the original and historic features. The building is located within environmentally sensitive areas, under both wetland and coastal restrictions. Heating and cooling are provided through the use of an environmentally friendly deep well geothermal system, which requires no additional fuel sources other than minor electrical power for heat and well pump components.
