Project Overview
Behan Bros., Inc. was selected as the Construction Manager for the Roger Williams University Architect Building Skylight Replacement Program and Exterior Envelope Repairs. The project encompassed removing and replacing seventeen (17) Kalwall skylight systems, including removal and replacement of all frames, panels, flashings and misc. associated metal and carpentry work. The project timeline was established by the owner to be ten (10) weeks (fifty days). Additional components of the work included repair and capping of over six hundred (600) lineal feet of EIFS parapet walls with breakmetal flashing and caps; EIFS cleaning, repairs and replacement, and masonry repairs, repointing and sealant replacement.
